Simple Guide to Reduce Stress

Sit down, read this, then close your eyes. Take a deep breath in…deep breath out. Another deep breath in and out. Just breathe. Your mind may wander, and that’s okay, just keep breathing.

The laundry will get done when it gets done. Vacuuming can wait. It’s okay if the chores take longer than normal this week. Dinner can be easy, order pizza.

Take another breath.

Go talk to your significant other. Listen to music. Play with the kids. Go for a walk. Smell the flowers. Smile. And breathe.
